The Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Turkey to the European Union presents its compliments to the European parliament and has the honour to bring the following to the latter's attention.

The PKK/KADEK/KOGRAGEL terrorist organisation uses a TV channel known as ROJ-TV as its mouth-piece.

The said TV channel condons and defends terrorist activities of PKK/KADEK/KONGRAGEL which is on the EU list of terrorist organisations.

In view of the necessity to cooperate against such terrorist organisations and their mouth-pieces, Turkey expects the correspondents of ROJ- TV not to be allowed in the premises of the European Institutions.

The Permanent Delegations of Turkey to the European Union avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the European Parliament the assurances of its highest consideration.
