Former Chief of the Supreme Court of Appeals (Yargitay) Sami Selcuk has denied accusations that he has spoken to the Roj TV.

Sami Selcuk told CIHAN news agency he spoke to a Denmark-based television channel ahead of the 2003 parliamentary elections, but only later he learned the channel was the pro-PKK MED TV.

The main opposition Republican People Party (CHP) Hakkari Deputy Esat Canan has defended himself against similar accusations, saying that some senior Turkish officials had also spoken to the Roj TV.

Violent dislike causes fabricated "news" !

It is unlikely that a person in Mr Sami Selcuk's position not to know to which television channel he had spoken to, more over.

Those who are familiar with the history of Kurdish Satellite broadcasting are aware that in year 2003 there was no channel on air called MED TV.
