The renowned Scientist Professor Dlawer Ala'Aldeen's view on ROJ TV

Very soon, the democratically elected government of Turkey has to choose between:

the rule of law vs the rule of army,
democracy vs state terrorism,
prosperity vs deteriorating economy,
unity vs fragmentation,
European membership vs isolation,
the 21st century vs the Cold War era of the 20th century.

Closing Roj TV can only add to the global support to Kurdish human rights in Turkey. Turkey's systematic campaign against RojTV is wastefull, pointless and morally wrong. It is making the civilian Government a hostage of the military's destructive behaviour.
